Delivery

Rombachs Glass delivers all the products from her studio. The ordered goods will be delivered within delivery period at the address specified per specific product. In case Rombachs cannot meet with this delivery time for any reason, you will be notified by mail within 3 days after order. The goods are delivered by PostBE Standard or GLS and include track and trace option.

Prices

All prices shown on product pages are in Euros and include 21 % VAT.
Not included in the price per product page: transport and insurance costs, import duties, taxes and custom fees.

Risk and damage

We pack your parcel with great care. At the moment the parcel reaches you, please check that your order has arrived undamaged. If this is not the case, you should NOT accept the delivery, and give it back to the carrier. In that case the damage is caused during transport and the carrier will make a note of this. Make sure this is done and that you get a copy.

Payment

Goods are shipped after receipt of your payment online and within the delivery time.
You will receive an email within 3 days after order with a confirmation and invoice.

Warranty

Rombachs products are made out of glass, and are therefore breakable. Do not expose the glass work to extreme temperatures, ie. boiling water, or ice.
Rombachs does not take responsibility for breakage due to this use and or falling and or throwing of the products.

Returns

If the product does not meet the expectations upon receipt, if it has technical defects or it emerges damaged from an undamaged parcel, you can return it to Rombachs within 7 days. Before returning, please send an email for consultation to info@rombachs.com with the reason for return. It’s possible to get a free replacement.

The shipping charges for returns are for sender. The product must be in its original condition and packed in the original packaging. Rombachs reserves the right to refuse a return delivery if it appears that the product has been used or damaged due to inappropiate packaging.

Returns after 7 days will not be accepted.

Privacy Policy

Rombachs ensures that your personal details are always kept confidential in accordance with the legal provisions of the Registration Authority. Your information will not be passed on to others without your permission.

European law

The laws of the EU apply to all closed purchase and sales agreements.

Force Majeure

Rombachs reserves the right to cancel orders in case of exceptional circumstances regarding Rombachs, third parties or services.
